  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 30g chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1–2 fl oz milk or milk substitute

  1. Blend the cottage cheese, protein powder, cocoa, sweetener, baking powder, salt and milk until smooth.
  2. Pour into a microwave-safe bowl or mug that holds at least 12 fl oz; lightly grease it if needed.
  3. Microwave for 1–2 minutes, until the brownie sets. Cooking time depends on microwave power and the dish.
