Ingredients
- 2 × 12.5-oz cans chicken in water, drained
- 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
- ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup Frank’s RedHot sauce
- 2 oz light cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
- ¼ cup blue-cheese crumbles

- Heat the oven to 350°F. Drain the chicken.
- Blend the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, hot sauce and cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir that mixture into the chicken with the mozzarella.
- Transfer to one larger oven-safe dish or three individual dishes. Scatter the blue cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes, until hot throughout; check 165°F. Divide into three servings.
