High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 × 12.5-oz cans chicken in water, drained
  • 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup Frank’s RedHot sauce
  • 2 oz light cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
  • ¼ cup blue-cheese crumbles

  1. Heat the oven to 350°F. Drain the chicken.
  2. Blend the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, hot sauce and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Stir that mixture into the chicken with the mozzarella.
  4. Transfer to one larger oven-safe dish or three individual dishes. Scatter the blue cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, until hot throughout; check 165°F. Divide into three servings.
